Our tubes have an inner diameter of 3 cm (≈1.18″) and a length of 18 cm (≈7.1″) (after accounting for the cedar stopper). They easily accommodate cigars up to 73 ring gauge and 7 inches in length.
What can I use to flavor my cigars?
Get creative! Our system works with:
Liquids: Whiskey (oak notes), brandy (fruity tones), tequila (sweetness), or even condensed milk (creamy richness).
Dry aromatics: Coffee beans, lavender, honey sticks, cinnamon, or other spices.
How long until flavors infuse?
Liquids (e.g., whiskey): 5–7 days for noticeable flavor absorption.
Dry aromatics (e.g., coffee beans): 10–15 days (add a few drops of distilled water to the flask to boost humidity).
Use a soft brush with mild soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the cedar stopper’s integrity.
Can I reuse the tubes for different flavors?
Absolutely! Rinse tubes/flasks with warm water and let them air-dry before switching aromatics.
How do you protect glass during shipping?
Every piece is packed in custom-cut foam sleeves and pearl cotton buffer layers to survive even the roughest transit.
What if my glass tube or flask breaks?
Every order includes free backup tubes/flasks. If you exhaust your spares, contact us for replacements (shipping fees may apply).
How secure is the flask-to-tube connection?
Our frosted-glass twist-lock design ensures a tight seal. Once twisted firmly, test by gently pulling downward—if it resists, it’s secure. No accidental drops!
What glass do you use? Is it fragile?
We use lab-grade borosilicate glass: ultra-clear, heat-resistant, and shatter-resistant. Handle normally, but avoid deliberate impacts.
What’s the humidity level with whiskey inside?
Spanish cedar naturally regulates humidity. With liquids like whiskey, tubes maintain ~70% RH long-term. For dry ingredients, add a few drops of water to the flask for optimal humidity.
